Account Deletion

FieldCon is a B2B field operations platform. If you have a FieldCon account and want it deleted, you can request deletion using the steps below. This page applies to the FieldCon mobile app for Android and the web application at app.fieldcon.gr.

To request deletion of your FieldCon account, send an email to:

info@fieldcon.gr

Please include:

• the email address associated with your FieldCon account;
• your company or organization name; and
• a clear statement that you want your account deleted.

We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request. If your account was created by your employer, we may also notify or coordinate with your organization administrator.

When your account deletion request is approved and processed, we delete or anonymize account-related data, including:

• your user profile (name, email, role, and related account settings);
• authentication credentials and active sessions; and
• access permissions to forms, folders, and other resources in FieldCon.

Data stored locally on your device (such as cached credentials or offline form drafts) is removed when you log out or uninstall the app.

Some information may be kept after account deletion, including:

• Operational records: form submissions, audit logs, and other business data your organization collected through FieldCon may be retained by your employer for legal, contractual, or operational reasons.
• Backups: deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period before being permanently removed.
• Legal obligations: we may retain certain records where required by law or to resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

We aim to process verified account deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive confirmation by email once deletion is complete, or we will explain if additional steps are required (for example, if your organization must approve the request).
