FieldCon provides a B2B field operations platform that helps teams capture, validate, and sync worksite data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use:

• the FieldCon mobile application for Android;
• the FieldCon web application at app.fieldcon.gr; and
• our website at fieldcon.gr.

By using FieldCon, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Depending on how you use FieldCon, we may collect the following categories of information:

Account and profile information

When you sign in, we process information such as your name, work email address, company name, role, and profile details provided by your organization's administrator.

Form and field data

FieldCon is designed to collect operational data you or your team enter in forms, including text, selections, timestamps, signatures, and attachments. The specific fields depend on forms configured by your organization.

Location data

With your permission, the app may access your device location to fill location fields in forms. Location is used only when a form field requires it and is not collected in the background for tracking purposes.

Photos and images

With your permission, the app may access your camera or photo library so you can attach images to form submissions.

Device and technical data

We may collect limited technical information such as device type, operating system version, app version, and crash or error reports to keep the service reliable and secure.

Website contact requests

If you request a demo through our website, we collect the contact details you submit (such as name, work email, company, and message).

We use collected information to:

• authenticate users and provide access to assigned forms and folders;
• store, validate, and sync field submissions with your organization's systems;
• support offline use and later synchronization when connectivity is restored;
• maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot technical issues;
• respond to demo requests and support inquiries; and
• improve reliability and performance of our products.

We do not sell your personal information.

If you are in the European Economic Area, we process personal data where necessary to perform our contract with you or your organization, to comply with legal obligations, with your consent (for example, when you grant device permissions), or where we have a legitimate interest in operating and securing our services.

Data submitted through the app is transmitted to our servers at api.fieldcon.gr and stored according to your organization's configuration and applicable agreements. Some data may be cached locally on your device (including in secure storage and a local database) to support offline operation.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and comply with legal requirements. Your organization may define additional retention rules for operational records.

We may share information only in these circumstances:

• Within your organization: administrators and authorized users can access data according to role-based permissions.
• Service providers: we use trusted providers that help us operate FieldCon, such as hosting infrastructure, error monitoring (Sentry), and app update delivery (Expo). These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
• Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We apply technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encrypted transport (TLS), access controls, and secure credential storage on devices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to reduce risk and monitor for incidents.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you;
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• withdraw consent where processing is consent-based; and
• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

For workplace accounts, many requests must be handled through your employer or organization administrator, because they control the business data processed in FieldCon. You can also revoke app permissions (location, camera, photos) in your device settings at any time.

FieldCon is a business application and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your information may be processed in countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date below will reflect the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
